My journey began in the creative world of fashion and modelling. I studied Fashion Design under the legendary Archie Leggat while working part time at a top modelling agency, which gave me the chance to feature in both local and international advertising campaigns. Even though I found success there, I felt a deeper calling, one that led me into the world of wellness.

In 2007, I qualified as an SCIO practitioner, and after moving to George, I opened my own wellness practice in 2011. There, I offered therapies like SCIO biofeedback, Theragem, and Jikiden Reiki. The practice thrived, but when the world shifted in 2020, I knew I had to evolve too. With no digital experience, I took a leap into the online space. Through consistency, determination, and a refusal to give up, I learned the digital world from the ground up.

Today, I run a successful online wellness platform that blends my years of holistic health experience with modern tools. My mission is to help people improve their well being and find balance. Supporting others has always been my passion, it’s what’s driven me since childhood, and it continues to inspire everything I do.
